Alexander Minges 1c84cae93b Add code coverage config and expand test suite ... Adds .coveragerc configuration file to control coverage analysis settings. Expands test suite with additional unit tests for AbstractProcessor, SubjectMapper, CitationBuilder, LicenseProcessor, PIFinder, and MetadataProcessor classes.
