Expected Behavior

Compedium links should be rendered as clickable links and not as raw UUID strings as already done in the detailed item view.

Current Behavior

Compendium links in item descriptions are not rendered on the inventory tab of actor sheets.

Steps to Reproduce

Create an item description containing a compendium link.
Observe different rendering in item sheet and actor inventory tab.
