Remove duplicated textures
...
We don't need to have alternative textures for entities
scattered in all possible places. Either "optifine/mob"
or "optifine/random/entity" is fine, but not both.

Add missing textures and models from Chorus' Version
...
This also helps in preparing for the Nether Update (1.16). Textures were
optimised using OptiPNG by:
optipng -o7 -nx
followed by a second run with the defaults.

Add alternative cow texture from PP 3.6.

Used for Optifine's random mob functionality.
Default cow texture in 4.x is unchanged compared to 3.6.
